IMPORTANT
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Academy will NOT be providing hotel sleeping accommodations. Accommodations MUST be made by you directly. There are many sleeping accommodations in Sedona, but they go quickly and prices will increase or rooms may sell out, closer to Easter. We suggest you get your hotel room as soon as you can. Please do not expect any good hotels rooms if you wait too long.
All hotels require car travel to the seminar center. We will be helping people once in the morning and once after the seminar to travel to and from certain hotels in West Sedona based on accommodations. Sometimes rooms may be cheaper through hotels.com, booking.com or expedia.com than through the hotel’s own website. We ask that you explore all options for the best rate.
Tax can be as high as 13% so please add that to your hotel costs.
We are recommending the following hotels:
The Andante Inn of Sedona (~$109 Sun-Thurs, and $159 for Fri and Sat. + tax while rooms last) www.andanteinn.com
We have a room block with promo code – affs – while rooms last. Please use their website and insert affs in their promo code or call them to reserve your room as rooms are limited.

Los Abrigados Resort And Spa by Diamond Resorts
160 Portal Lane
Sedona, AZ 86336 (currently a great price but will go up each month, check out Expedia’s rate)
this is the closest hotel to the Center (0.6 miles) but still not within walking distance for most people because of the hilly terrain.
There is a daily resort fee in addition to the room fee.

There is also a Super 8 (www.sedonasuper8.com/) in Sedona, and many other great hotels but most will have higher prices.
We suggest you NOT take a hotel in Uptown Sedona nor towards Oak Creek Canyon as traffic can be too difficult to navigate. Suggest either West Sedona, Chapel of the Holy Cross area or Village of Oak Creek which is towards Hwy 17.
For those who are more daring for your accommodations, please check out AIR B&B and also camping facilities.

TRAVELING TO SEDONA
Sedona is very accessible for most people living in the West. For those who are flying in, it is most practical to fly into the Phoenix airport. We are going to try to help as many people as possible on the Thursday and Friday before the seminar and the Tuesday after the seminar (not on Monday) to get you to and from the Phoenix Airport by some Academy Shuttle vehicles, but space is limited. We will not be able to help everyone especially coming in at odd hours. So if you are going to travel to Sedona on your own you may choose to rent a car (but check the full price + tax as the Phoenix Airport has high taxes on car rentals). Also there is the Sedona Shuttle for ~$50 each way, which we highly recommend. www.arizonashuttle.com
